NEWS: ALDO installed four Driver Feedback Signs on 7th Avenue, Islamabad

Islamabad – Pakistan: July 31, 2008: ALDO International has recently installed four Driver Feedback Signs for Capital Development Authority (CDA) on 7th Avenue, Islamabad.

Driver Feedback Signs (DFS) are known as effective speed calming tools for traffic authorities. The new DFS models offers state-of-the-art two-color LED display technology for informing drivers about their vehicle’s speed and reminding them of the given speed limit. Vehicle speeds that are measured by the integral microwave radar are displayed and logged for analyzing the speed reduction in order to confirm the effectively of the DFS. Driver feedback signs are used on road sections where compliance with the posted speed limit is essential for traffic safety and quality of life.

The installation of the DFS has been appreciated a lot by Islamabad Traffic Police, CDA and general public. It is expected that more DFS would be installed on other major roads of the capital very soon.
